Denise Haney

   Denise graduated from the University of Georgia and has managed the day-to-day operations of the high-pressure world of major network television stations’ traffic departments. She also worked as a media buyer for an advertising agency. As many may know the television business is very time critical, with this background she is well suited to make sure all aspects of your real estate transaction stays on track.

She has held a Florida Sales Associate real estate license since 2002. She and her husband Rick are a multi-million-dollar producer team in closed sales and listings. Denise and Rick bring extensive analysis and negotiating skills to their clients. As your realtor team, it doesn’t get any better.

Denise, Rick, and family discovered the Club’s unique lifestyle in the mid-nineties almost three decades ago, they moved from Gainesville, Georgia a suburb of Atlanta to Ocean Reef in 1998 and have been permanent full-time residents ever since. They are both active members of the Ocean Reef community and have been involved in several community organizations over the years. Denise is active in a women's fishing club called Bonefish Bonnies, Ocean Reef Art League, and the Academy at Ocean Reef Alumni group as President. She is a member of the Ocean Reef Flying Club. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with family, traveling, and being out on the water. They have two beautiful daughters that attended The Academy and currently live in Estero, Florida.
